UC Irvine's Social Policy and Public Service program offers an interdisciplinary curriculum that encompasses applied research on issues of education, health, and policy. The focus of the program is aimed to help students translate their research into policy directives and to provide majors the opportunity to engage in public service at local agencies addressing real-world policy issues.
